Who is responsible

The controller for this website is the practice named below. Contact details for any question about your data are in the legal notice.

What this website collects from you

Nothing. This site has no contact form, no account, no newsletter, no search box and no comments. There is nothing on it to submit, so it asks you for no personal data at all.

Appointments are not booked here. Each clinic's own platform handles that, and you reach it by following a link.

What the server records

Like any web server, the one serving this site keeps short-lived technical logs: the IP address of the request, the time, the page requested, the browser's user-agent string and the referring page.

These logs exist to deliver the site, to keep it available and to identify abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with anything else.

The logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule and are not exported, sold or shared for any other purpose.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no social media plugin and no embedded third-party content. The typefaces are served from this domain, so displaying a page sends no request to any font provider.

That is why you are not asked to accept cookies: there are none to accept. The cookie policy sets this out in full.

Booking, and where this site ends

The booking buttons lead to platforms operated by the clinics, not by this website. Once you follow one of those links you are on another organisation's service, under its privacy policy and its cookies.

This website receives nothing back from them. It is not told whether you booked, what you booked, or anything else about your visit there.

Health data

This website never asks for health information and has no way to receive it.

Please do not send medical details, photographs or documents by email. Email is not a secure channel and is not a substitute for a consultation. Anything clinical belongs in the consultation itself.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as a processor on our instructions and is named in the legal notice. No one else receives data from this website.

Personal data from this site is never sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to make automated decisions about you.

Transfers outside the EEA

Our hosting provider operates a global network, so a request may be served from, and logged on, infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the provider's supplementary safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your personal data, and for its correction, erasure or restriction. You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, and you may ask to receive your data in a portable form.

Write to the address in the legal notice. We will answer within one month. Because this site collects nothing from you directly, a request about the website alone will usually concern server logs only, and we may be unable to identify you within them.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting something, this policy will say so before that begins, not after. The date below is the date of the current version.
